Read more link in the wrong place

The read more link appears between the image and the excerpt, whereas it should be placed under the excerpt.

The plugin currently only supports the default settings for the blog grid module which currently has Read More disabled. There are future plans of adding more functionality to this plugin.

I have used this plugin on few sites for my sportclub and a blogging page, most users are asking where the read more button is.
Also because the text is not clickable to go to the full article.
You have to move to the top again to click on the title or image.

I'm not a programmer, so is there someone who can help me for how to activate this
