Formating: Text running to edge + lots of white space below

ISSUE: Problem with default format
Hello! I just installed this plugin and the header text is running along the left of the box and is not indented like it looks on all of your plugin examples. Also a large amount of white space below that needs to be adjusted.
The advanced settings don't offer any options for these issues, so is there a snippet of CSS code I can use to correct the problems? Thank you!

Steps To Reproduce:
- Install Divi 100
- Changed header font size to 24 or 25
- Result is what it looks like now (it looked like this before changing font size)
Using Windows 10 / PC / tested this in Chrome and Firefox
Also forgot to mention that when I installed this, other pages with a blog feed are also showing up like the following, with the author name covering up the header and the date at bottom (not top corner of the photo)
