Disable on tablet/mobile from Divi Panel Custom CSS?

Problem:
Hi there, the article card doesn't work well on Ipad 4 Safari/Chrome latest updates.
Is there any way to simply disable the article card plug-in from the Divi custon CSS for Tablets and Mobiles?
Additional Information:
Divi Version: 2.7.10
Device: Ipad4
Operating System: IOS latest update
Browser: all
Wordpress: 4.6
