Crashing on launch, no UI appears

Hello,
My model creator install worked previously but is suddenly crashing on startup and it is unclear why to me. I do have screenshots of basic error details from Event Viewer below. They appeared in the order of the top last, bottom was first error. These generate every time I attempt to launch the creator.
I have reinstalled model creator and rebooted, same error. I checked my system for errors (sfc and chkdsk) but no fix (not surprised either). I am on Windows 10 21H1 OS Build 19043.1237.
My machine has Ryzen 3600, 32GB RAM, and 250GB free space on SSD.
Please let me know if this has been seen before and what steps are recommended to resolve.

Rookie move, Java 8 wasn't installed... Not sure if there could be a dependency check for this on startup rather than an error.
