Last time I checked, Apple Homekit does not support Energy Management devices in its standard interface; some manufacturers like Elgato have created customized HomeKit applications that integrate their Energy Management

I work in short way with them in Belgium

In combination with mh202 and rpi and mqtt for dmx animation it's a great way to control ambiante

I worked with them and Vantage till the end of 2015, working on third party vendors integration with Driver Manager and other projects, then I moved to a different market :) This (and other IoT related projects) project is an hobbistic product and nothing more...
