Tidy home rendering

Originally had though to render full posts on homepage, in an old school style. But this appears to be out of fashion. Does make sense: canonicals. So people are mostly using link blocks or card structures. This does make sense, but need to think carefully about the content implications. I also will miss the tumblelog feel of things.

• Limit posts on homepage (this is straightforward)
• Probably need to move to using Collections
• Probably need to start componentizing parts
• Ideally, paginate?
• If not, link to archive and put pagination back in the queue
• Rename /notes to /archive (would need more redirect madness)
