Flesh out documentation

I updated the docs and stubbed out a section for every single plugin thus far.

@petebacondarwin do you mind filling in the docs for the ui-date directive? You can put whatever you need inside of app.css and app.js

Feel free to reorganize your layout a bit, such as multi-column etc.

I'll try to find some time to fill out at least a demo + code for the others.

Long week. :) I just wanted to poke this issue because the repeated "Click Here to show the jQuery UI Datepicker" in the docs is disconcerting for potential users like me.

Hence the " :) " I know how difficult it is to find time outside of work/family/friends. I'd help out of I could, but I only recently discovered angular and have barely started getting my feet wet.

I've cleaned up the docs and fleshed out some more examples quite a bit, I also changed the passthrough demo to a standalone plugin vs the datepicker (which doesn't actually work 100% using passthrough, ergo ui-date). I did not however take the time to flesh out the docs on ui-date or ui-mask since other team members created those and it would be nice if they fleshed out that documentation themselves. If they continue to lag on it however I may come back and do it later.
