Add a link or notes to the new Bootstrap project/repo

I'll let Andy figure out the nuances of having a separate repo or just a gh-pages branch (or foregoing the demo page altogether since it's essentially going to be identical the official bootstrap).

We still want a demo page up to show people how to use the markup probably. I'll figure it out once a couple more directives are in.
