Updating site documentation process?

What's the process for pulling in the latest angular-ui code and updating the documentation in the index page? I'd like to work on the documentation for the refactored mask directive, but I'm not sure the proper way to go about it.
Are there docs outlining this process, or is it generally left to one or a few members to handle?
