NPM Install is failing after the NG7 update

I don't know if this is something I can fix (I don't know NPM or Node). Here's the result

If I'd waited a few more minutes, my next search was successful.
I needed to run the following command as administrator
npm --add-python-to-path i -g windows-build-tools
After running that NPM command, the install completes successfully
