Using batarang on offline environment

Hi
I am trying to use batarang on am offline environment without internet access but it seems that it doesn't work.
Is there is a way to make it to work?

I can't really help when the bug report is "it doesn't work". Please provide more details (bonus points for screenshots). I'll reopen when that happens.
