Probably best to publish an independent @types/jasminewd (since we probably won't want dependent modules to automatically get the global jasminewd2 types), but honestly it's pretty unclear what we should do.

Should we close this? PR DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped#14126 was merged.
