Submitting CSV from timezone that is ahead triggers 'can not select a date from the future;

Hi there! Trying to use the CSV converter and I'm here in London. It's just past midnight, which means it's already July 31st. This is what happens when I try to upload the CSV. Would love to not have to budget in a different timezone, especially since ynab direct import is so spotty these days. Thank you for making the csv converter!
