Development status and GitHub release

Is this project still maintained and if yes, could you add versioned tarballs here on GitHub instead of just a downloadable master.zip?

I'm sorry, this is no longer developed/maintained, as I've switched from Linux to OSX as my primary machine. Also, I do not use evernote anymore.
