Describe the bug
When listing a directory, non english names are displaying incorrectly

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to http://127.0.0.1:9000
  2. Create on local machine directory with name Мои Документы
  3. Refresh local directory
  4. See how "Мои Документы" i displayed

Expected behavior
"Мои Документы" should be a directrory and clickable

  • OS: Windows
  • Browser Chrome latest
  • Version 1.0-RC2
