[request] Update existing 3.1.0 tag or push 3.1.1

Thank you for fixing #17!
Could you please also push a new tag, e.g. a patch increment 3.1.1 or, alternatively, overwrite the existing 3.1.0 tag? Currently, latest is the only tag with the fix, but in our infra we would rather not set the image to latest and only update to released versions.
