Dark/Light Theme for home page, Improving UI of museums

Currently, the home page does not have a toggle option for switching between light and dark themes. Implementing this feature will enhance user experience by providing theme flexibility.
Additionally, the UI of the museums section can be improved by presenting them in a card layout. This will make the museum section look cleaner, more organized, and visually appealing.
