[BUG] HandBurger menu not working in Mobile Devices

Description
The hamburger menu on the website/mobile view is not functioning as expected. When clicked, the menu does not expand or display the navigation options. This issue prevents users from accessing key navigation links, particularly in mobile or smaller screen views

Steps to Reproduce:
1)Open the website on a mobile device or resize the browser window to trigger the mobile view.
2)Click on the hamburger menu icon in the top right corner.
3)Observe that the menu does not expand or reveal any navigation options.
What browser are you seeing the problem on?
Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge
