[BUG] Redirecting to the social media webpages

Description
The social media icons like instagram, twitter, linkedIn, facebook are just redirecting to the home pages not the personal page of the website.
Provide me the links of the social media handles so that I can change the redirection.
I want to work on this issue.
Please assign me to this issue and add the labels - hacktoberfest-accepted, gssoc-ext, level 1/2/3
