Lots of errors compiling in Swift 3.0 Xcode 8.0 beta

I'm using Dollar 5.1.0 with Xcode Version 8.0 beta (8S128d)

Here's what I'm seeing:

I also have a swift-3 branch. Will merge after Swift 3 is released.

@ankurp I've submitted an additional pull-request as hopefully a last step for the swift-3 migration. #228

@tsheaff I have to rebase with master, fix merge conflict and fix lint errors but swift-3 branch looks good to merge and create a new version. I am still having issues with few test failing so need to figure out why. #219

Closing as I have merged the Swift 3 changes into master. I just need to publish it to Cocoapods and being tracked on new github Projects https://github.com/ankurp/Dollar/projects/1#card-1252
This can be used now using carthage, git submodule or using swift package manager.
