Information investigated:

There are four different codes:

  • 144 -> Dual MCA (Integrated)

    • 5 Year course (only two batches 2015 & 2016)
    • Probably only one college.
    • No traces of lateral entry (probably).

  • 044 -> General

    • 3-year course till 2019 admission
    • 2-year course 2020 admission onwards

  • 244 -> LE (with General)

    • 2-year course till 2020 admission
    • Stopped after 2020 admission (which studied with 2019 General batch)

  • 045 -> SE (Software engineering)

    • Only taught in USICT
    • 3-year course till 2019 admission?
    • 2-year course 2020 admission onwards
    • No lateral entry system since 2020 admission.
    • Probably no lateral entry system before that as well.
