want to add FOOTER at MENTOR section
Describe briefly how you would implement this enhancement.
Some steps to implement this enhancement-
1. Step 1 create a similar footer according to other pages(html)
2. Step 2 give css
3. Step 3 check for deploymentAdditional context or screenshots
