1. Add a column with same name as control stream that has a 0/1 flag indicating
model-viewable rows.
2. Add an option, possibly the default, to remove non-informative columns.
Could be logical or character specifying columns to filter.
3. Add an option to PLOTR and/or dataSynthesis to take advantage of ingore
parsing: i.e. provide time-varying covariates where available rather than
merging on !dupicated subj.
4. Expose standalone ignore interface, if not already existing, as function of
control stream.
