Allow Both Option to type?

Right now you can pick either levels or effects. Do we want to add a both option?

I'm game, but how would we return it - in the same list? (so if we have at = c(1, 2, ..., 10), does that return a list of length 20 with 10 levels dfs and 10 effects dfs?) Or two lists in a higher-level list?

I feel like the data structure gets sort of messy, but it is more efficient...

Tempted to leave for a v1.1 release?
