Config for mod.io Mods

Currently, there is no way, at least I didn't find it, to configure mods downloaded with the mod browser. However, many mods say that they are configurable with imya. Is it possible to add this even if the mods can't be removed or deactivated in imya?

I've been working on this already, but don't expect an update too soon as it's no minor thing to do.
