Discussion about building elevation lookup into GPXtruder so it is not necessary to first run files through GPS Visualizer. Probably to be implemented as a separate service that takes xy polyline as input and returns xy+z polyine, using one or more data sources under the hood.

The constant elevation option (4065442) at least allows GPXtruder to do something useful with GPX files that lack elevations.

Should be doable with Google Maps API elevation service.
