Experiment with mounting algorithms

Would like to experiment with representing algorithms under <mountpoint>/algorithms/

The basic idea would be to create an executable file that functions similar to algo run <algorithm>
with an emphasize on piping:

$ cd ~/algofs/algorithms
$ echo 'Are you pondering what I am pondering?' | anowell/Pinky
I think so, Brain, but if we covered the world in salad dressing wouldn't the asparagus feel left out?
