SUMMARY

These are part of ansible.posix:

ansible.posix.rhel_facts
ansible.posix.rhel_rpm_ostree
ansible.posix.rpm_ostree_upgrade

I suggest they move to a redhat.rhel collection because they are not part of POSIX.
