Recruit OVR in Confirmation Screen

Recruit OVR can be seen in the "Confirm Recruiting" screen.

Also, I preferred showing the letter grade instead of "1-star" etc. The new format clutters the screen.

Thanks. I will fix the bug, and determine best format for the Ovr/Pot display. Theres a lot of varying opinion on this topic :)
