Coordinator Career Feature

As a feature or two if you get frisky:
Implement the ability to start as an offensive or defensive coordinator, only being able to recruit offense and defense and set the playstyle of the offense or defense only.. Write in some sort of code after your first contract of all open HC/OC/DC spots. I don't think Career Mode is as career as it can get because often I can take a low tier team to the top and then just sustain my success without every getting a coaching change after 30+ years.

This is a great suggestion, which I would like to take further: add the ability to start as a position coach with a coaching rating system that will develope talent. If successful at developing talent, then you will hopefully receive offers for a coordinator or head coaching position.
I think there should be a total of 9 coaches it sounds ridiculous when one coach manage 75 college players,
There should be a:
Head coach - Assistant coach/ Quarter Back coach - Offense Coordinator - Defensive Coordinator - Special Teams Coach - Offensive line coach - Defensive line coach - Line backer coach, Secondary Coach, Strength coach
This is a very low priority item, but I am considering adding OC/DC in the future. But I'd have to come up with more off-season things for choosing OC/DC hires. Would possibly make sense if there was going to be a budget system (training facilities/recruiting budget/etc) but that's expanding the game's core quite a bit.
Well tbh if u make ur game one of the best, then you'll be attracting sponsors and making some money for yourself so u have to keep on putting in the work
