Issue with JMeter Test Plan variables

I didn't succeeded to see my JMeter Test Plan variables in elasticsearch.
My Test Plan variables are looking as shown below

Non of them appears in the elastic index.

Just want to update - I succeeded to add custom variable via Listener itself and see it in elastic index.

So, I will use this functionality to add a build number of my application.
