Line numbers not showing in Big Sur 11.2

I just upgraded to Big Sur and noticed that the line numbers are gone.

Notes: I have re-run the defaults command with -l -V flags after installing, no change. Using version 4.1.0, maintained using homebrew.

I think there is something wrong with the default theme that framework used for highlighting. The numbers might being displayed on as white on a white background. As a work around run the following command: defaults write org.n8gray.QLColorCode lightTheme zellner
