Feature request: "Cmd + Click" to open

Thank you for the plugin! Very useful :)

I'd like to suggest the following feature:

Via a configurable option (checkbox in settings), the user should be able to define if the links are directly highlighted and opened with a simple click; or only when holding the cmd key while hovering and clicking on them.

Benefits:

The user controls when to really open the links as the opposite of always highlight them and open them even if not intended (for example, when selecting the text). Also, the original output looks cleaner when not highlighted automatically, specially if the user has custom color for the console.
