Import the old awards databases

We'll have to look in the threads to see who nominated whom, though (unless we just do a dummy thing and say they were all nominated by me). And there may be deleted members, which we'll have to handle somehow? Deleted fics should probably not be a problem since I have mod credentials, or at least not unless the threads have been physically removed. We probably will have to fetch all the fics because that's how we can get the member IDs of the authors.
