The basic combat guide is deficient in contextualizing its advice. It advises hyperspecific details for an undisclosed ship build. It also assumes the context of the Thargoid encounter will be a single Interceptor outside the war front and provides no explanation of this.

For at least these reasons, it is probably time for a rewrite and update.
