Heroku deployment no longer works because free tier was decommissioned. Find an alternative and setup deployment via Github Actions

I am planning for deployment in fly.io but it requires one to add a payment method for verification. But you won't get charged if you are under the free tier limit.

Can you do the implementation part including the Github Action without it?
And then I'll look into creating an account and getting the right token here
