Animated scroll (with duration) in IE is jerky

I noticed that with IE10 and adding a duration option, the scroll effect is really jerky. Of course this doesn't seem to happen with any other browser. 😏

I don't have access to IE10 at the moment :'(

Will try to test this and reproduce it when I'll get one. But if you want to try fix it yourself - I'd be happy to accept the PR!

Hi @anvaka, thanks for your reply. I know how sad you must be to not have IE10 😆
I do have access and I'd be happy to work on this when I get some time aside from my busy work load and family. If anyone else sees this and wants to try before I have a chance, you will not be stepping on my toes.
