The highlighter portion of the UI appears over tabs in Obsidian mobile

The circled option which appears on hover is quite handy. However, when using the tab functions on mobile the red circle part appears over the tabs and you can't click onto certain tabs. I would suggest adding an option in the settings to hide the function altogether or to make the icon much smaller (which can expand when pressed upon) and appear besides the tabs and not over them.

Thanks for the plugin.

P.S. - The picture below is taken from the desktop to show the UI and does not represent the problem which only happens in mobile.

I'm not comfortable adding a separate Settings panel for some css options.

Instead I prefer a more general solution: make it easy to paste css styles and apply them with the help of ob plugins, reduce the cost of css usage, and then add many css style fragments to the document to solve it.

Because the need for style is never ending.
