IMOSechoIntensitySetQC thresholds not exported to netcdf files

The thresholds and names of thresholds in the imosEchoIntensitySetQC routine are not displayed correctly in the GUI when clicking on the table in the statistics screen.
They are also not exported into the quality_control_log in the netcdf exported files, and the value names do not match what is in the imosEchoIntensitySetQC.txt file.

imosEchoIntensitySetQC(echo_intensity_threshold=\036propagate=\001near_bad_bin=\002further_bad_bin=\034) flagged 150251 ABSIC1 samples with flag Bad_data.
