Incomplete citation in Dagoba article

This is a placeholder issue to remind us to add the correct citation once that chapter is released.

This will automatically "just happen" -- the linked chapter hasn't been released yet on the web, so the linking doesn't render correctly. I guess I probably could have used a dependency resolution tool when I decided on the chapter release order...

Will keep this open so we make sure to check up on it before print release.
