Somewhat messy format here: web-server/chapter.md

And also missing several diagrams - several "FIXME" left.

In addition, it's not finished yet. (not updated for many months)

The chapter is indeed not finished yet -- @gvwilson is working on his diagrams, and has assured me he will be done for launch :)
