[1.20.2] Teleporting in/out of the end breaks `creative_flight` power type.

Tested using /execute in minecraft:the_end run tp ~ ~ ~ and by going through the main end portal.

This will persist until the conditional state returns false and back to true, or upon relog.

This has something to do with a new server entity being created I think and the power referencing the old entity, as the Nether does not break the power.
