[Suggestion] A new Entity Action `apoli:show_toast`

This was already suggested a while ago on the Origins Discord but figured to make a suggestion for it here as actionbars are too plain imo.

Fields:
title a required Text Component that displays the title of the toast
description an optional Text Component that displays a description after the title
icon an optional Item Stack or Sprite Location (or whatever minecraft already uses for the ! and similar icons like warnings) that displays the provided Item Stack or Sprite to the left of the toast

This action would act as advancement toasts but customizable via a single action to notify the player of something in a more presentable fashion.
