When there are only HTML comments in the question, answer, or comments, display as empty.

Check word count when submitting, excluding comments.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Like the GitHub Issue, show "No description provided."

Hi @fenbox, I'm interested in this question.

I think we can implement special handling during display, so we can determine the displayed text based on the user's language.

Do we consider empty lines or spaces (like the below) as empty content?

@jihuayu I think spaces and empty line should also be considered as empty content.
