support DSL with RuleUnit OOPath

RuleUnit OOPath doesn't support DSL (dsl + dslr) yet.

This issue is to support dsl + dslr in

  • RuleUnitProviderImpl
    • collectResourcesInFileSystem : usual unit test
    • collectResourcesInJar : test-integration-ruleunits
  • quarkus extension
  • kogito
  • Add to docs
