Improvements for Deploying with Kogito Operator in Saga Serverless Workflow example.

Details
Issues:
- Wrong URL to operator
- There is reference to Kogito (processes, etc.) instead of Sonata Flow
- reference: Kogito Operator.
- If the Sonata Flow documentation doesn't exist, it is necessary to create it. It can be done in a separate issue.
- There are missing steps on how to deploy the application.
Acceptance criteria
All issues mentioned above are fixed.
