Linkis Component

linkis-engineconnn-plugin

Steps to reproduce

Issue One:
1.use hbase engine,
2.Using the user 'dwapp' to submit a task and execute a command. Command:scan 'flink_hbase_src'
3.However, the 'dwapp' user does not have read and write permissions for this table.

Issue Two:
linkis-engineconn-plugins\hbase\hbase-core\src\main\resources\linkis-engineconn.properties
Add parameters(wds.linkis.engineconn.max.free.time=0) by default.
Causing the EC to remain alive continuously, preventing it from being killed or expired as it should be removed

Expected behavior

The client encountered an error and exited.
