[TASK] migrate the nuv cloud to ops cloud

Migrate the exiting nuv cloud tasks to ops cloud performing the following chanages:

  • change nuvfile to opsfile
  • change any internal reference to nuv command to $OPS
  • change any internal reference to nuv string to ops
  • other needed fixes.

Presumibly start from branch 3.0.0-testing
