Thanks @laglangyue for your report. This issue is caused by https://github.com/sbt/sbt-paradox-material-theme.

Because paradox's navigation does not support the specified style, paradox-material-theme uses js to beautify the unordered HTML list elements of navigation, which will lead to two renderings.
