All services on a neuron page should be hidable

This is especially important for N2G since the graph can get very large and if someone is only interested in the neuroscope data, this should be viewable without scrolling too far.

Whether something is hidden should probably be saved somewhere, possibly a cookie, but I don't know just what UX we want there.
